Desiderio Agriturismo - Longobardi

We found the agriturismo Desiderio looking on the internet, we had never been there before and it was a real surprise! We were greeted outside the restaurant, the chef Vittorio and the father, who manages the room together with him. The environment is very nice, nice and welcoming. After bringing us a drink, the appetizers arrived by the chef. An extraordinary variety of dishes revisited but of the tradition (crunchy pickled beans; cold meats and cheeses with compote, all of them production; involtini di melanzana violetta di Longobardi, stuffed with tomato jelly, peels of fava fries; etc. We then chose a first, in our case the gnocchi (really exquisite and as second we tried the vitella with potatoes and meatballs to the sauce (truly, really good!!! In every dish one perceived the love for family recipes, treated with extreme care and love for his work. Finally we ate a bicolor cake and watermelon and to digest the chef made us choose between 3 liqueurs, one more good than the other! It was really a beautiful evening, we highly recommend it and we will definitely return, to try other specialties! See you soon.

We were welcomed by chef Vittorio and father Mario and accompanied in an excellent culinary experience. All perfect from appetizers to dessert. The chef managed to combine the tradition with Count unique modern stars. Great. Congratulations

Delicious and plentiful food, friendly service in a very pleasant, cool dining room. All the food is grown or sourced locally and they make their own liqueurs. Really love this place! Made for a really fun evening.
