Wendy's - Longmont

Food is good, but they do take a long while to get you your food. I know it's supposed to be cooked fresh, but when you are in line for over 30 minutes in a fast food drive through line you begin to wish they would pick up the pace.

The best! just because if they make a mistake (human nature), the manager called me personally to make sure that I compensated my order. I have made my food again with a great happy service!

Welcome to longmont colorado wendys on the main street. one of the most beautiful wendys we've been there for a long time. mira, she took my order, she has the best customer service skills, super friendly, and was ready to help with everything I needed. the wendys itself is extremely clean. I love the fact that everything is unlimited and at its place. all other employees are also very friendly. that was epic! I had daves double stack burger and pommes. and my son had the 10 pieces nugget with fries and chocolate frosty. she even brought me my food. I have to say we will definitely be back to this place for more delicious food. mira is another one of the best. many thanks for a great visit to wendys in longmont colorado. on the main road. 10 stars safe? child-friendly: free space..Overnight parking: near the door.

Not good. I recognize some of the workers who are there. I'm a substitute teacher in the area, and they are guys who were absolute jerks to me. I ordered 2 bacon cheese grilled chicken sandwiches with lettuce instead of buns, due to allergies. What I got was 2 chicken breasts and some lettuce no sauce, no cheese, no bacon. Double check who you're hiring.

I ordered two chicken sandwich meals at the drive-thru, but instead, they gave us burgers. They charged us for the chicken, which costs more, but sent us home with burgers. I didn't realize this until we got home. I'll be avoiding this place in the future.
