A bit loud for my 84 year old parents, but not so bad that we couldn’t converse and they didn’t complain. We will continue to plan celebrations here!

The hostess eventually came by to take our order, mentioning that our food would take longer than usual due to two large parties being seated ahead of us. We ultimately decided to leave and I have no plans to return.

Upon arrival, we were left standing for at least five minutes without anyone to greet us. When we were finally seated, we ordered drinks, which was the only part of the evening that went semi-smoothly. 3. For our meals, my husband ordered a noodle bowl and I ordered a veggie mac and cheese, clearly specifying that I wanted it without any protein, as we are both vegetarians. What did we get? A noodle bowl with chicken, and the mac and cheese was mediocre at best—something we could have easily made at home or gotten from Noodles and Company. 4. The noodle bowl was sent back, and when we asked our server for silverware, she vanished without a trace. My husband and I ended up spending about ten minutes staring at my bowl of subpar mac and cheese with no way to eat it. It was just wonderful. 5. A passing waiter noticed my frustrated expression and asked if we needed anything. I threw my hands up and requested silverware. 6. We finally got our silverware and dug into the lackluster mac and cheese. The noodle bowl arrived again—did they make a new one or just remove the chicken? It's hard to say. It looked a bit messy, raising suspicions that our supposedly vegetarian dish might not have been what we ordered. 7. By this point, we both agreed that we would never return to this restaurant. Kudos to anyone willing to give it another chance, but we won't be back until it’s taken over by a completely different management team. Please get your act together, people. The food was disappointing, the prices too high for fast-casual dining (seriously, Noodles & Company does it better), and the service was a complete joke—utterly horrific. Overall, it was a terrible experience with nothing redeemable about it. And to the business manager: please don’t bother responding unless it’s to issue an apology.

Shannon was fabulous, very sweet and personable as well as professional. There was a young man who was an employee that our Bailey girl adored. This was a great experience for us! A special thanks to our bartender and server, Ana, who went above and beyond to make the evening memorable.

We had the fondue (eh), fried pickles (GOOD), poutine burger (just ok), and the turkey sliders (would order again although it was HUGE). The kids’ meals came out last (even though our server put it in as an app) and we didn’t receive the kids’ meal veggies. The kids’ plain pasta and butter came out with burnt noodles tasting of a greasy pan and chunks of cold butter I had to mix in myself!! They also add an automatic 18% service charge, which was fine with me, but they don’t actually let you tip extra on the credit card, which is too bad for the waitstaff.

One thing was a tremendous turn-off: The owners made a decision to add an 18.5% mandatory tip to every check. I often tip above 20% for better than average service but I don 't like to be forced to pay a tip that has been pre-decided by someone other than the customers. This feels like a political statement. Socialist values over free-market values. The owners are free to make this choice but that same choice has been taken away from their guests. So our choice is to eat somewhere else.
