We found this spot by chance, and could not be any happier with our drive-thru experience there! The service is beyond incredible (seriously , and the food is out of this world. Their sandwiches are hand-crafted, warm, delectable, and especiallytasty. We shared the southwest runza, the mushroom swiss runza, the spicy jack runza, and an order of double fried mushrooms. I will never return to this restaurant. When I went through the drive-thru, I received only half of my order and realized it was incomplete once I got home. I called the store to address the issue, but the manager was unhelpful and rude, stating there was nothing he could do. The teenagers working the drive-thru were unprofessional and immature. Probably the best location I?ve been to even better than the two Nebraska locations I?ve eaten at. The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious every time we?ve come
3rd time getting recooked, cold fries. Unacceptable and lazy. If you?re trying to cut down the cost of waste, this ain?t the way bub. This place used to be good, too bad it?s so inconsistent now.
I ordered two runzas, and both are like this. What a shame, they used to have a good amount of filling. THIS is not acceptable.
One of the previous times I visited this store I learned you could buy frozen Runzas to take home and bake yourself. I picked 10 up this past weekend to have on hand for a football watch party I was hosting and they were a huge hit! Will definitely begetting these again for more games this season.
