Chuburger - Longmont
Chuburger
Description
CHUBurger initially began as a food truck, providing fresh and fun food and beer at festivals in Colorado. This restaurant focuses on using locally sourced, fresh ingredients. CHUBurger expanded to physical locations in Longmont in 2012 and later at Coors Field. The restaurant's motto is "craft casual," reflected in its diverse menu. Popular items include the Berkshire pork burger with fried egg, bacon, and smoked American cheese, as well as the Black Angus beef patty with cream cheese, bacon, and jalapeno. Don't miss out on their specialty condiments, like the ginger-infused ketchup. The restaurant is ideal for large groups and special occasions, and also offers live musical performances by local artists on Friday nights from 6 to 8 p.m.

Great food and great service at reasonable prices. This is a great place to get lunch during the work day. Their fish and chips are excellent!
Best burger in Longmont! If you haven’t had the Omega burger on broccoli slaw you’ve gotta try it!
Pretty much my favorite restaurant. I've loved everything I have tried off of the menu, which is getting to be most of it at this point. The staff is friendly and efficient. Can get a bit crowded at times. They have live music once a week! I highly recommend getting a Joint Point card, because mine adds up quickly.
Nice laid back atmosphere, the burger I had was delicious. I made my own, which is an option I like. The ONLY down side was the temperature was a little warmer than was comfortable. Hard to eat and drink when you're sweating. But other than that, I'll definitely return, food was good!!
Nothing too exciting, but the food wasn't bad either. The mashed avocado wasn't very fresh and it was all a little expensive for the amount you get. Don't sit outside, the noise from the vacuums at the car wash is really loud. Edit: I've gone a few times since I first reviewed and twice it was amazing, all good-quality fresh food. The latest time, the avocado was brown again and the burger was undone; I had to cook it in the toaster oven at home. I wish the quality would be more consistent.
