I tried the Denver omelette, and it was outstanding. The potatoes were also delicious. My fiancé ordered the single beef burger (though they offer bison and turkey burgers as well), and he is quite the picky eater — but he finished every bite! We definitely plan to return during our stay in Longmont.

I visited on a Tuesday, and the owner was there to greet guests. He shared his genuine passion for quality food sourced from local providers. My only tip is to call ahead if you're planning to bring a group of more than four, as the space is quite small and may not be able to accommodate larger parties. This was my first visit, and I definitely plan to return!

The only drawback is that the grilled pork chop with biscuits and gravy isn't available year-round. If you're watching your calories, this isn't the place for you. They serve fantastic, hearty comfort food. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The black beans on the tortillas were delicious, and the potatoes were perfectly crispy, just how I like them. The green chili was also great! But my favorite part was definitely the bacon.
