I tried the Denver omelette, and it was outstanding. The potatoes were also delicious. My fiancé ordered the single beef burger (though they offer bison and turkey burgers as well), and he is quite the picky eater — but he finished every bite! We definitely plan to return during our stay in Longmont.

I visited on a Tuesda... read more The food at this restaurant is exceptional! It's a wonderful hidden gem and a true small business. Almost every dish is made from scratch. I visited on a Tuesday, and the owner was there to greet guests. He shared his genuine passion for quality food sourced from local providers. My only tip is to call ahead if you're planning to bring a group of more than four, as the space is quite small and may not be able to accommodate larger parties. This was my first visit, and I definitely plan to return!

My kids adored their pancakes and declared it their new favorite restaurant in town. You should definitely check it out!
