My order was forgotten while I was outside waiting for it. After being asked to wait outside. Took my card and paid outside, so I was just completely forgotten... read more My order was forgotten while I was outside waiting for it. After being asked to wait outside. Took my card and paid outside, so I was just completely forgotten about. Had to go in to ask how much longer to find out food was sitting there. Not happy with the service overall. Heard oops while walking out. I get it happens, but just disappointing.

We ordered a family meal and a pizza one week and was told on the phone it comes with salad. When we picked it up, they said they were out of salad. Also, they were out of the topping we ordered but made a different pizza anyway. We never would have ordered in the first place if we knew we weren't getting the full meal or the pizza we wanted. That was just the first of a few issues we have had with them. I will stick with other area restaurants. It is a shame because, if you are lucky enough to get what you ordered the food is actually really good.

I called to request a calzone for delivery, and when I placed my order, the woman on the phone responded, “Oh... is that it?” I confirmed that it was. Rather than informing me about the minimum order requirement for delivery, she simply stated, “Oh, that’s not enough for delivery.” When I inquired about the minimum, she told me it was $20. I've never encountered such a high minimum at any other place. I decided to cancel my order, and she abruptly hung up on me.
