excellent meals. be adventurous! my man said it was the best steak he had for a long time. I wish I had ordered the ducks, because they are real chefs. when it was a pub, I played safely and had the chicken carving. the carving was very nice, but they do not always get away in the offer, especially in a pub. recommend the meals. we drove about 4 to 6 weeks ago. it can take me a while to write a review. The food here is typical pub fare—more about portion size than quality. If you're looking for drinks, head to the bar; if it's food you want, you’ll need to order at the counter. Awesome place so much interesting history definitely worth a visit for any motoring fan
Went there for lunch . Wife was delighted with her meal, the portion size was huge I had the remainder for a large breakfast the next day .

Went for dinner with family very nice good value loved it .kids meals were a hit with our kids too .
We walked in to the dinning area and only two other ladies were having dinner together. We asked the staff pleasantly for a table and the bar lady said to sit anywhere, So instead of taking a small miniature table we took a bigger table for four. There was ten other tables and only one was being used....(about 12.00 ....when abruptly a manager demanded us to get another table..... .There was no PLEASE or thank you at all.....So we voted with our wallet and left, We did not even get to have dinner there.......He showed no respect for a paying costumer and they were giggling when we were leaving.........The place was already EMPTY with only two people having dinner ....... Without costumers and with the way we were treated i can understand why.......Do yourself a favour and stay away.....
