What User doesn't like about Co Ba:
I enjoyed a late lunch at this restaurant where I ordered bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancakes) and gỏi cuốn (fresh spring rolls). The pancake was generously filled and quite large, but unfortunately it was only served cold. I think it would have been more delicious if it had been served hot.
