Also, like many Texas BBQs they close when they sell out for the day. That means everything is always fresh.The day I visited Texas sausage was on the menu. I enjoyed a sandwich consisting of Texas sausage, pepper jack cheese, ans chipotle mustard served on Grilled Texas toast. It was excellent.Sausage is a staple in Many Texas BBQs, especially in central Texas. I talked with the owner after my meal and discovered that he sources his sausage from around San Antonio.Besides making sure you arrive before they sell out for the day, check their website to see what they aree BBQing that day. I will return doon and hopefully on a day they have brisket.

You can't go wrong when ordering as all dishes from the menu are extremely delicious. Take a drive and visit this perfect spot to have the greatest homemade BBQ food that's served with a smile and great attitude from owners and family. I STRONGLY recommend to anyone that want to taste great BBQ.
