After it moved, it was just amazing until... read more When I first found the small ice cream shop, it was located beside leisure point and it was an amazing ice cream shop. After it moved, it was just amazing until this year. Normally would tell you it’s 110% worth the wait and even though the line is so long and normally moves quickly. After my experience tonight, I probably will not go back. The older lady in the window was extremely rude. Feel like if you work in customer service, you have to have a good attitude. Especially when you work somewhere you know gets very busy. Her attitude was so bad she ruined it for my kids and I. I thought getting up to the window and knowing what we wanted would make them happy but it wasn’t. I also gave her the friendly heads up. Her trashcan was overflowing. That way people weren’t sitting trash on the floor and an employee didn’t have to touch it. Sarcastically responded let me send one of my spare workers out. She couldn’t just hand me a trash bag or maybe get more than one small trash can they have had for YEARS?
