The kale slice of pizza was good and ingredients tasted fresh. Casual atmosphere. Was quite quiet on a Sunday that was nice to just stop and a quick bite. The prices seem a bit high for the slice of pizza $4.50 ea on average) but I think based on the slice I tried that the quality is worth it. I could order a whole cake next time! View all feedback.
I really enjoy L'Inizio Pizza. The atmosphere is relaxed and open, allowing you to place your order and find a seat without the stress of waiting on slow service. The food is quite good, with a fantastic variety of pizzas that really hit the mark. Their risotto balls are also excellent. Plus, they offer a coffee soda that is absolutely delicious! My only drawback is the price; I find it a bit steep for a slice, typically ranging from $3.50 to $5. Ordering a whole pizza doesn't necessarily save you money, which seems a bit odd. We'll definitely return to support local businesses, but I really wish their prices were lower.
Steps above your typical NYC slice. Order at the window or sit down service available, have your pick. Good for families and kids. Clean dining room and bathrooms. Had a delightful white pizza slice cut square and heaped with ricotta and arugula. Slices run just under four bucks.
Great pizza spot that served beer and had an outdoor terrrace. Unfortunately the place got a new owner. Haven't yet been to the pizzeria under the new owner, but I'm hoping it will be just as good as it was! Either way, it's definitely a place to go if you're feeling pizza and you're in Long Island City.
The kale pizza slice was delicious, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. The atmosphere was casual, and it was pleasantly quiet on a Sunday, making it a nice spot for a quick bite. The prices seemed a bit high for pizza slices (averaging $4.50 each), but given the quality of the slice I had, I think it’s worth it. I might even order a whole pie next time!
I enjoyed a large pizza at this restaurant, and the service was excellent. The dining area has a great atmosphere, and when the weather is nice, they open up the outdoor seating (though drinking is not allowed outside). The drink selection is quite nice, and the bar top is great as well. The pizza itself is a cut above the rest; this isn't just a dollar slice place. You can tell they put a lot of care and attention into their recipes, and it's definitely worth it.
