I understand there were a lot of people and the staff were a bit overwhelmed for Labor Day but there is no need to be rude to your customers. They had a sign up that said that they were closed until 430 I simply wanted to ask a question in regards to ordering a Taco Pie since I know it takes awhile to make I was basically kicked out and told they were closed until 430 from there I placed an order on the app was calle... Last summer and the summer before, we very much enjoyed their GF pizza. So far this summer, the three times I 've gone in, I have been told we *just* ran out of GF pizza or stared at blankly when trying to order one. Tonight, for others in my party, we ordered three specialty slices from the counter. After charging my card, they tell me two that I ordered are gone (they were sitting there when I ordered) and when i received my replacement order it wasn 't even what I asked for. Extremely disappointed by both the food I received and the customer service and I doubt we will return to this location.
I wanted to give a review on their lemon pepper chickens wings, it was horrible and they drowned the chicken wings with so much sauce and it has no taste, was very disappointed, the food was very good with the old owner, would not eat there again.
It was just meh! Because this is located in Pier Village, they can charge whatever the want for mediocre food. I figured I had to try it because of the hype, but this is a novelty eatery; nothing more, nothing less. The fries were decent but not worth the price. Can they at least spread the good stuff all over? The bacon, cheese and ranch was literally on a pile in the middle of the fries. The sandwich? I've had better anywhere else. There's nothing special about the sandwich. It is the same size of a Wawa one but at 3 times the price. The only difference with this sandwich and a wawa or QuickChek one is that Tony's has less sodium. I get more flavor and meat from a Jersey Mike's sandwich for less money. Hey, at least I can say that I've tried it. Can't have an opinion without first tasting it, but this is a novelty place for the Bennies and tourists; us locals prefer better.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed unsure about how to properly reheat their own pizza slices. The guy left my (rather pricey) slice in the oven for a few minutes, but it still came out cold and soggy. It was quite frustrating and felt pointless.
Order has been completely incorrect three times out of five. Last time, waited an hour for the order to even be made and they never even made it, so I cancelled the order.
