The staff always remembers how I take my coffee. With Monmouth Hospital being closed due to COVID, healthcare workers like me need to find another place to get our caffeine fix. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a coffee with one cream, but they gave me extra cream. Additionally, there were no public toilets available. View all feedback.
Only letting 4 people in the place at a time post COVID regulation lift. Even during COVID regulations, they're supposed to be able to have 10 people in there at a time at 50% capacity. Was basically shooed away. Went somewhere else as did the other 8people trying g to get food there. Not great during rough times
This restaurant used to be good, but now it is horrible. The location on Broad Street is better. They never make coffee correctly. I expect my coffee to be made correctly if I am paying over 5 dollars for it. Additionally, the staff have a bad attitude while serving you. Not only are you overcharged for your coffee, but you are also treated poorly. My last three coffees were a complete mess, and so were the drinks of my coworkers.
The iced caramel latte was amazing and the donut was delicious.
The service at this restaurant was disappointingly slow. I had to wait 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee, while customers who arrived after me were served their food first.
I recently visited this restaurant and ordered three coffees with caramel and almond milk. However, I was disappointed to receive only almond milk with no caramel, despite clearly expressing my order to the short lady who appeared to be unresponsive. I felt as though my request was not understood, and I was left unsatisfied with the service. I would not recommend this Dunkin location to others.
