Dunkin' - Long Branch

The service at this restaurant was disappointingly slow. I had to wait 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee, while customers who arrived after me were served their food first.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered three coffees with caramel and almond milk. However, I was disappointed to receive only almond milk with no caramel, despite clearly expressing my order to the short lady who appeared to be unresponsive. I felt as though my request was not understood, and I was left unsatisfied with the service. I would not recommend this Dunkin location to others.

The service was not good, as one woman rudely told us that the table is only for dining and we were only ordering a sandwich. She clearly wanted my brother and me to leave the restaurant as soon as she noticed our Latino heritage. She was a very unpleasant person.

Only letting 4 people in the place at a time post COVID regulation lift. Even during COVID regulations, they're supposed to be able to have 10 people in there at a time at 50% capacity. Was basically shooed away. Went somewhere else as did the other 8people trying g to get food there. Not great during rough times

Staff always learns exactly how I like my coffee...Hasn't been open much since COVIDSad Monmouth hospital workers have to go elsewhere for the caffeine
