This Dunkin Donuts location in the city is one of the best. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. If they make a mistake, they will quickly fix it, even if it's their fault. I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
There is no manager present at the front of the restaurant. The equipment is often broken and the young worker was unable to process the gift card. It is not the children's fault. There are plenty of other places to go to instead. The manager needs to take action. View all feedback.
Cold brew pumpkin cream at other DDs is amazing but was disappointment here, with strangely weak coffee taste, and cup filled with ice. I like DD?s clever cup lid design, and look forward to non-plastic cups sometime soon.
Dunkin donuts coffee is the best. It was very weak coffee yesterday at this location. Coolatta drink had no coffee in it is it even possible? We asked for vanilla coolatta but it came with no coffee in it. Staff was passive not connecting withcustomers.
I recently visited Dunkin' and ordered my usual iced coffee with extra swirl. When I noticed they had forgotten to add the extra swirl, I went back to the counter to ask about it. The woman behind the counter asked how many swirls were on the cup, which I found to be unnecessary as I know what "extra" means. I travel a lot as a school bus driver and drink a lot of coffee, so I am familiar with this drink at all Dunkin' locations. It was rude to be questioned about something so simple when all I wanted was my drink made correctly.
This Dunkin Donuts location is one of the best in town. The staff is incredibly helpful and empathetic - they are willing to fix any mistakes, even if it was your own. I highly recommend visiting this Dunkin Donuts.
I hate to say it, but I feel compelled to write this review based on the response I received and the quality of the product. I ordered a large salted caramel cold brew for $5.19 at this beachside cafe. Despite being overly sweet, the coffee had a very bitter taste as if it had been sitting on a burner for a long time. When I asked politely for it to be remade with fresh ingredients, such as an iced latte with fresh espresso, ice, and milk, I was told I would have to pay for it. There were no other customers in the store and no one else in line, so remaking the drink as requested wouldn't have cost more than 75 cents and could have prevented a negative review. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier, but I spoke clearly and slowly and still was told I'd have to pay for a new drink.
