I love this location. Always prompt, hot and excellent customer service. I have had some problems with my orders when I order through door dash like the food is all thrown around, but no issues when I go in to eat or get take out. The messed up orders through door dash are most likely due to the door dash employee improperly handling the order. I recommend the hibachi steak and shrimp! Amazing! View all feedback.

On October 14, 2022, I was refused service by Tom Parks, the manager, for no apparent reason. I felt discriminated against and was even embarrassed when he called the Long Branch Police Department, creating a scene on Brighton Avenue. View all feedback.
Wow! Having recently moved here from Texas, I have to say this place is incredible!
The loaded fries were absolutely incredible! Everything was wonderful and incredibly tasty! Definitely better than Chipotle!
The non meat burrito bowl also was missing other ingredients like cheese and sour cream on it. everything else was correct
This place is the best in the area. Great job, Bubbakoos in West Long Branch!
Consistently gets the order wrong, closes unexpectedly, and the staff can be ungracious.
