The burritos are very good and quesadillas so good. Juicy chicken and only 1 bathroom usable so their will be a line in restroom. Burrito was very loaded they fill up very much but to much sauce they put in the avocado burrito. Avocado in the avocado burrito is not a lot and is not well rounded in burrito its like a big scoop but would be better if they put a little more avocado. View all feedback.
What low doy doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Don't be surprised if you get cat hair (or worse) in your food. I've seen a female worker obsessively feeding the cats in the parking lot. It's technically illegal for them to do that because once you feed any stray cats here in Lakewood, anyone doing that would, then, technically own those cats. Staff is always very welcoming as customers come in through the door. Their food quality is always the best during my visits. Definitely recommend the chips and guacamole. Store is always very clean.
Pretty good restaurant. They get the orders right. Friendly atmosphere.
