Nestled along the picturesque coastline, this charming eatery offers a delightful dining experience marked by exceptional cuisine and a friendly atmosphere. Guests rave about the creative flavor combinations crafted by the talented chef, with standout dishes including mushroom quesadillas and buttermilk fried chicken. While some items, like the fish tacos, can be inconsistent, the lobster tacos and unique soups shine. The restaurant boasts a solid selection of local beers and signature cocktails, including jalapeño margaritas. With attentive staff and generous hospitality, it's a beloved destination for both locals and visitors, promising an enjoyable meal with a stunning ocean view.
Our group of five enjoyed the heirloom beet salad, lentil squash soup, linguine with briny fresh clams, buttermilk fried chicken, and crispy chicken wings. Everything was delightful, but the soup truly stood out; it wasn't your typical chunky lentil variety but rather a creamy, flavorful reduction reminiscent of what you’d find in a French bistro. We also indulged in some truffle fries, which were a must-have. On a subsequent visit, we tried the crispy shrimp appetizer, shrimp orecchiette, perfectly seared ahi, a thick Angus burger, and once again ordered the fried chicken. The wine pairings were excellent as well. Unfortunately, our food photos turned out poor because we forgot to snap them before devouring our meals. We highly recommend this restaurant; you won’t be disappointed!
The restaurant is situated in a beautiful location, and the owner was very friendly, promptly addressing a few minor issues we encountered. The mushroom quesadillas were crispy and absolutely delicious. However, our server appeared to be quite new and mistakenly mixed up our orders. In response, the owner generously offered us a round of drinks on the house. The fish tacos, while generous in slaw and beets, ended up being overly soggy, and the fish itself was just average. On the other hand, the lobster tacos were fresh and well-balanced in flavor. We also received an excess of sour cream in the tuna guacamole we hadn’t ordered, and the tuna wasn’t to my liking. On the plus side, there was a great selection of local beers on tap and delightful jalapeño margaritas. With a little more training for the servers, the experience could be greatly improved, but the ocean air was simply lovely.
Located right on the beach at the start of the 2.2-mile boardwalk, this is a charming spot to grab a drink, featuring a full bar and five rotating beer taps. I would rate it three dollar signs based on the tacos and beer pricing. The staff was friendly, and the location is superb. While my partner had some concerns about the cleanliness and the locking mechanism in the bathroom, it still provided a very enjoyable four-star experience overall.
Right on the beach at the beginning of the 2.2 mile boardwalk this is a pleasant refreshment spot that has a full bar and five rotating taps. I would assign three dollar signs based on the tacos and beer but we had. Staff was friendly and Location wasexcellent. Though my partner had some qualms with the cleanliness and locking mechanism in the bathroom it is still very much afour star experience
Beautiful location and a very friendly owner who took care of a few mishaps. Mushroom quesadillas were crispy and delicious. Our server seemed very new and incorrectly placed our orders and the owner gave us a round of drinks on him. Fish tacos wereoverloaded with slaw/beets and were dripping and the fish was average. Lobster tacos were fresh and well balanced. Overindulgence of sour cream in the tuna guacamole we didn't order and tuna was not my favorite. Great local beer on tap and nicejalapeños margaritas. A little extra server training will make a big difference but the ocean air was delightful.
