Loved it. Staff were wonderful, a beautiful beach with good snorkeling, independent beach bar right next door. The hotel has a great beachy casual vibe. Rooms were large, well appointed, we were higher up on the incline so had a great view. The walk is not too steep but the staff will drop you off with a shuttle if needed. Overall good experience but service needs to be drastically improved. Perfect for couples who likes quietness away from the buzz in Tonsai. If you like closeness to activity then this is not ideal for you. The gardening is world class and there is fantastic snorkeling not far away from the beach. Facilities, rooms, location and breakfast is incredible for being a 3-star hotel. If you book a room here you must book a sea view room, really worth it. The reason it is not 4-star is because of inconsistency in service and response to requests. I would suggest that the staff smile a bit more and are more flexible to requests. I think one brilliant example of it was Cherry, she was great. Smiling, listening and taking really good care. Another good example was a guy with a baseball cap in the restaurant. I would suggest the Hotel sends the staff to training in service management. Otherwise great location.

Very good resort on phi phi island. The location is so fabulous that just relaxing on the beach is also blissful. If I visit phi phi again, I will certainly stay there again. The hospitality is good. The snorkeling near the resort is also good and the views from the rooms we stayed was mesmerizing.
Nice room, very cool, amazing views, great service, and quiet location.
Ordered a burger which was tasty but little bit small.
