Yuki Sushi Robata - Lone Tree

This sushi is fantastic! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The Heart Attack Roll was one of my favorites—it's packed with tuna, cream cheese, and a spicy kick from a raw jalapeño pepper! So delicious! I also loved the Sexy Roll; the fish was fresh and beautifully prepared (I visited on a Wednesday night). Don't forget to order some sake as well. Yum!

The special rolls are consistently the highlight of the menu. They change every week, offering a fantastic variety. While it may not be the finest sushi anywhere, it's definitely one of the better spots in Denver.
