The Cheesecake Factory - Lone Tree

Pink hair host was really rude, acted as ifwould beat her if she had the chance. Terrible.

We love the cheesecake factory except we had a large party of 9 and it took 90 minutes to get sat at 330pm. They don't accommodate larger parties well. It took over an hour to obtain our food and it was off this time. Wasn't hot, not much sauce and the guys needed to order 2 entrees as the portions are smaller. Cheesecake was great as always. Hoping it was an off experience and next time it will be better.

Our server was wonderful, as was our food. Not too busy this time of the week. It is a good place to catch up with family.

We absolutely love coming here. The service is always on point and the food is delicious. The wide variety menu means everyone in my family has something they like. Perfect for date night, special occasion or business meetings!

Now, I’ve been to Cheesecake Factory before, but not with service as great as Armad’s tonight! What a kind soul; he was attentive, read our menu items back to us, apps and food were on time and his personality made our bday celebration for my sister even more special. Not only did he sing with us but was such a bright addition to our night. Amazing service, better vibes, thanks again!
