Just got treated like **** at this Pizza Hut while trying to ask a quick question and make an order. I never write reviews, but it was so easy and they acted like I was really bothering them. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut Express:
I waited for over an hour for my order, and when it was finally ready, I had to call them to ask if I could pick it up myself. They only have one driver, which is surprising for a Saturday night, and on top of that, she locked her keys in the car. The whole experience was very unorganized and disappointing. Love the soft pretzels here ummm and it's cheaper than the mall! Keep the good stuff coming guys
IF I COULD RATE A 0000 I AM. CALLED DURING BUSINESS HRS.. NO ANSWER MAYBE THIS IS WHY THESE PEOPLE HAVE SUCH A POOR RATING!!!!
Let me start by staying I order the SAME ðŸ•, chicken BBQ pizza, EVERYTIME. When I called the punk pizza boy lied and said he specifically remembers putting sauce when CLEARLY he did not. Even the delivery driver said she didn't know what was wrong with him and that there was no sauce. I do have pictures tooo will post when I find them
Why do you hang up on a customer at 12:15 when you close at 1 am?
We went into the Pizza Hut on Yosemite, but they do not have normal size pizza's they only have small pizzas and the staff is not very friendly. Will not go there again.
