Mimi's Bistro Bakery Lone Tree

Great restaurant! I haven't visited in quite a while, but I see that the area has expanded with many more dining options.

I used to be a regular customer at this Mimi's. The food was once hearty, traditional, and incredibly tasty. However, over the last year, I've noticed that the meals have become bland and unappealing. What bothers me the most is that they replaced real slices of roast beef with some sort of compressed meat slabs!

The food is decent, but the restaurant is always crowded on Sundays, so you can expect a wait of 15 to 30 minutes.

Waited for 5 minutes for anyone to even come to the hostess stand in an EMPTY restaurant and when they did show up they seated us right next to the lobby rather than someplace more private. No server showed up for 5 more minutes so we got up and left. Very disappointing.

My husband and I decided to go out for dinner last night, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience! I had the roasted vegetable pot, and he enjoyed the steak with sautéed spinach. Our server, Trevin, was fantastic as well. They had run out of my favorite bran muffin, so they kindly offered me an assortment of complimentary muffins instead. How nice!
