Mad Greens Lone Tree

One of my favorite places for a quick lunch. I love to use and order the app. Enjoy also, customize my order, so I can get exactly what I want.

I usually love madgreens. I often find several standings, and until now my only question was that the rice can be undercooked (what I think is crucial). Today, however, I found a dead moth after having eaten more than half of my southwest bowl. disgusting!

I just picked up my salad and brought it home. I am glad I ordered extra protein and avocado because the actual salad part of it was disgusting. The spinach was way beyond its fresh date. It was wilted and just gross. I paid 19.94 for this. The proteins were yummy, but when you pay that much for a 'Spinach Salad ', from a Salad place, the least of concerns should fresh greens. I know restaurants are trying to save just like all of us, but this was unacceptable.

Food was disgusting. No taste for Mac and cheese salad bowl, pasta no taste and Taco smack down beef tasted old and just all around gross. The pasta again it comes with, slimy and tasteless. Rude manager OR higher up rolled her eyes and asked what I wanted in an annoyed manner when I brought it to staffs attention . I had no problem paying for something different, but it was the customer service I received from a higher up that was it for me. Ended up just throwing food in trash. With that being said. The line workers were pleasant and helpful. There was no issue there.
