Like Tea - Lone Tree
Like Tea
Description
Nestled by the mall, this boba spot offers freshly brewed teas, inventive milkcap flavors (cheese, brûlée, tiramisu), fruit blends and housemade puddings served in stylish, sip‑friendly cups. Sweetness customization, two sizes, a rewards program and ample seating make it a convenient stop for shoppers and tea enthusiasts.
Expect mixed results: some drinks delight while others taste artificial or have inconsistent pearls. Prices tend to be higher than competitors, and service ranges from helpful to brusque.

Heard Like Tea at Park Meadows is looking for someone to take over. Quite surprised as it is in prime location and always full of customers. They only use freshly brewed teas, instead of powder mix as others in the food court. They have cheese cap, brulee cap, tiramisu cap, brown sugar milk tea, loose leaf brewed, and fruit teas. In addition to teas, they also offer a variety of yummy homemade puddings. It would certainly be a loss to see they go. Here are their brown cane black milk tea with boba, brown cane Thai milk tea with boba and homemade flan.
The tea here is just ok. I actually got more sugar than I usually do at boba shops (had the default option instead of 30% and I still didn't love it. Tasted more artificial and less sweet than other places even with more sugar. The fruit was dry and artificial tasting and the boba pearls tasted a little off compared to other places. Additionally, the prices are much more expensive than other shops for less quality. Something I did love about Like Tea is the cups the drinks come in. They have a spout for sipping and holding the boba/fruit back and a straw hole for when you want the whole drink.
First time in and the staff there (specifically two girls) were just rude. The drink also was not the best and no one even cared to help and just waited speechless. Definitely do not recommend if it’s your first time trying boba bc they are likely not going to help.
The milk tea was decent, but nothing exceptional. The crème brûlée milkcap didn’t quite resemble the flavor or texture of actual crème brûlée. The milk tea was also on the pricey side, costing around $7. Overall, it’s just an average local boba place. Food rating: 3/5.
