Every time we order online, we arrive at the pick up time and then still have to wait an additional 20 minutes to get the food. I waited 12 minutes before being ackn... read more I typically like the sandwiches at Firehouse, but service was very poor at this location. Do not expect a quick stop here. I waited 12 minutes before being acknowledged by any of the several employees working behind the counter even though there was only one other customer in the store, waited at an empty register to order, then even longer after I placed my order. Bathroom out of soap, drink station was out of tea, overall not well maintained.

They were friendly and helpful. I got the steak and peppers (Philly cheese steak) sandwich and a pickle spear which did not disappoint.
