Even though there's a Chili's closer to us in Highlands Ranch, we prefer this location because it surpasses the other in every aspect.

Chili's has unfortunately made some disappointing changes to both their menu and prices, which has upset many customers. I used to enjoy eating there a few time... read more Chili's has unfortunately made some disappointing changes to both their menu and prices, which has upset many customers. I used to enjoy eating there a few times a month, but dishes that were once $11 are now $15 or more. Additionally, simple extras like a side of ranch now come with an added dollar charge. While I understand the need for price increases, the food quality has also taken a hit. Many meals have been simplified, and the ability to customize dishes has been removed, which might save the restaurant money but leaves customers dissatisfied. The staff at this location remain outstanding, and I want to acknowledge their great service. However, my last two meals were disappointing, and until the food quality improves, I’ll be avoiding Chili’s.

If you need a highchair or booster seat, beware—they were filthy, sticky, and covered in food remnants as if they hadn't been cleaned for days. The menu offered some variety, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing.
