Maslow's hierarchy of needs outlines the essentials for a healthy life: physiological needs, safety, social acceptance, esteem, and self-actualization. However, I would argue that the 7-Eleven on Yosemite deserves a place at the top of this hierarchy, as I cannot imagine living in a world without it. Every visit to this establishment feels like a royal experience, with a fantastic array of food and beverages, a thoughtful selection of magazines for intellectual stimulation, and a bathroom that sparkles as if it were made of marble. The staff is commendable, displaying respect and dignity that brightens the day of everyone who walks through the door—whether they just want a Red Bull or a tobacco product. I would even trust them with my child if the need ever arose. In short, whether you're in search of snacks, fuel, or exceptional service, one cannot achieve a higher state of being or truly appreciate life without a visit to this gem known as 7-Eleven on Yosemite.

On February 1st, 2022, at 9:40 AM, I stopped by for a coffee and some water while feeling a bit down. However, the cashier turned out to be incredibly kind. As I was waiting, a great song played, and she began singing along softly. It really lifted my spirits! She even wished me safety in the snow, which was especially thoughtful given the bad snowstorm we were experiencing that day. Her warm and comforting demeanor put me at ease, and I left with a smile on my face. To the staff that day, thank you for brightening my day!
