Over the course of the next 45 minu... read more To start… when we arrived with our party of 5 on a weekday, there was almost no one waiting. We were told 15-20 minute wait. Over the course of the next 45 minutes, we watched people come and be seated over and over again: parties of 2, parties of 4, parties of 10. We checked in with the host 3 times. She said she was working on it, but we continued to wait. We finally complained to the manager who suddenly had a table available for us. The manager did comp our appetizers. (Thank you!)The server came and took our drink order and our appetizer order. We told him how hungry we were, and he said he would be right back with bread. 25 minutes later, our bread finally arrived. But this is the story for our evening. We waited like this for appetizers, for our meals… We ordered our cheesecake and after another 20 minute wait, we had been here 3 hours and asked that our cheesecake be boxed.Our food was good. But definitely not worth the price or the experience.

However, I ordered the shrimp fettuccine alfredo, and I was disappointed to find that it was quite small—barely half full—for $33. To make matters worse, the Alfredo sauce was watery. I won’t be ordering it again and will stick to dining in. It seemed even smaller than a portion you'd get at Fazoli's.
