Description

Nestled in the charming town of Lone Pine, Vibras stands out as a delightful vegan-friendly cafe, offering a range of enticing breakfast options and exceptional coffee. Guests can enjoy everything from creamy lavender lattes to refreshing smoothies like the Chunky Monkey, though some dishes, such as the avocado toast, have garnered mixed reviews due to seasoning issues. Despite its limited seating and slow service during busy times, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff create a welcoming vibe. With local artisan products also available, Vibras is a must-visit spot for both road-trippers and locals alike.

I ordered the Cucumber Hummus Toast on sourdough bread and a dragon fruit bowl. Unfortunately, the bread tasted like ordinary store-bought bread, and the dragon fruit was frozen, making it quite difficult to eat. The staff seemed unaware of whether the food contained dairy or understood what gluten-free meant. I would not recommend this restaurant and certainly won’t be returning.

I had an avocado toast and a coffee. The toast was so small, it was little more than a snack. Everything came in single use packaging which was so unnecessary as we were eating in. On the plus side: the coffee was great.

The smallest slice of avocado toast I’ve ever seen. Definitely not worth the money. Also despite stating dine-in, everything came in single use plastic tubs.

I was so happy to find a vegan friendly place with choices in this tiny town. There were many choices for breakfast, and excellent coffees I had an oat milk cappuccino. The avocado toast came sprinkled with “everything” salt, and additional salt and pepper I had to remove the top layer as it was way too salty. My husband had a bagel sandwich with egg, which he enjoyed. Only one employee Saturday morning, who worked register, drinks and food, so was very slow. Tiny space. About four stools at a counter to eat inside, two benches outside. I hope the owner decides to add almond and peanut butter to their lineup.
