If you have kiddos, it's loud, slow service, and hot without decent shade/no ac in many spots. Pirate playground is cool, just watch out for the burrowing bees all over. Service was slooooow, and had to chase down our waiter after waiting over 30 minutes from our drink order to get food ordered, then 45 minutes after that, so with kids plan for that, in the heat, and based on their meal time if you do attempt this place. We wouldn't go again If you're in your late 40s and want to pretend like you're back in your 20s going out to the bar, I guess nice spot. You might go nuts waiting for food and chasing down your server. Working in the food industry previously I understand hectic and busy weekends and didn’t have a real issue until the defensive manager refused to address any concerns. We wanted to try the rebranded Pier out but unfortunately it is the same average food, poor service and unprofessional management. I would be ashamed to manage or own this establishment. If you value your time I’d try somewhere else. If you just want to sip a drink by the water and have an afternoon to wait it might not be that bad. Pros: Location by the water Playground for kids Cons: Service 30+ minutes to place food order and had to track down our server. Service 45+ minutes for food, apps served with meal, forgot an app, maybe slightly better than the Pier’s mediocre food. Management According to manager 45+ minutes for food “is good” dismisses any other concerns such as serving ketchup to someone who is allergic, not receiving an appetizer, not honoring a request to move indoors for a pregnant guest. No A/C in the building. Offers no assistance or resolution, defensive and argumentative. Tabs you open a tab here when you sit down to eat. Clearly they have issues because of their service. Tip Gratuity is added for you even though you have to track down your server for anything unless it has to do with paying your bill.

First timer... kids play area was great. Got to sit next to it so i was able to watch my kids. Atmosphere, service and food was outstanding. Only issues I had was there is no ac at all inside. Over all I would go back again but not in the summer.

Seriously this place is amazing. Absolutely beautiful inside and out and the food is delicious and drinks are on point. I have no idea why the ratings are this low. For sure a must go to! Kid-friendliness: There is a playground
