This Dunkin' is conveniently located just off the highway in Londonderry. There's plenty of parking available if you want to stop for a walk, but the drive-thru is also great for those who prefer the convenience of dining in their car. The restaurant was extremely dirty, and the staff was unhelpful. When I requested the girl to place two donuts in each bag—since I was only getting six and they were for different locations—she walked away instead of assisting me. In recent weeks, every time I've tried to walk in for a coffee, the doors have been locked. It’s frustrating that they don’t even put up a sign on the door! As a result, customers end up wasting time parking, walking to the entrance, trying the doors, then having to get back in their cars to either go through the drive-thru or leave. Just put up a simple sign saying "Closed"!

First of all, on 10/15 at 10 AM, the drive-thru experience was terrible. I first asked for a spider donut and was told they were out. Next, I ordered a small hot chocolate, only to be told they don’t have any. I then tried to order the signature caramel cold latte, but was informed that their latte machine was broken. So, I settled on ordering two coffees and a pumpkin donut. When we got to the window, my coffee was handed to me leaking all over. After driving off, I realized they hadn’t included the donut and had given us a breakfast sandwich that we didn’t order. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a well-known brand. Absolutely brutal!
Frozen coffee was delicious. Services could be friendlier but it wasn't awful.
