Domino's Pizza - Londonderry

Nasty rude and uncaring general manager who doesn't seem to have a clue how to help customers concerns or customer service in general. with so many pizza options in our town you would think that a supposed general manager would care more about growing and retaining new business but I suspect she's only too stressed to hold a job dealing with customers let alone working for a new business. walk away fast from this poor establishment and explore the better service from established restaurants who actually care and make a great product. thought having a local domino's in town but with lackluster leadership like them they will be lucky to match the competition. don't bother.

Every time we preorder and set it for a later time, it shows at least 20 min to half an hour earlier than we and his always cold. it's like they send it out and tell the driver it's finally or something.

Good customer care, pizza tasted good. exactly what is typical of dominos. nothing special, but nothing terrible.

They always make the pizza right - tastes fresh and delicious! always a fast, polite business for picking up!

Leaves my food outside with out a phone call. I call in and they were extremely rude. They hung up on me because they new they were wrong. Absolutely terrible service.
