I enjoyed some delicious vegan crepes, a plant-based milk latte, and a vegan chocolate cake at this lovely restaurant. The place has a charming and artisanal feel, with seating available both inside and outside. Access is through the entrance on the magazine, not on Shipquay. View all feedback.
What Benkei doesn't like about The Cottage:
The Cottage is a beautiful restaurant with a charming craft exposition. Unfortunately, they have limited vegan options. I would suggest trying their vegan sweet crepes, but I was not impressed with the savory crepe as it was dry and lacked seasoning. The mushrooms were also only half cooked. Had vegan savoury and sweet crepes, oat milk lattes and a vegan chocolate tart. Delish, lovely place with crafts being made and for sale seating indoor and outdoor. Access via magazine not shipquay
The only place in Derry offering vegan crepes on their menu. Cosy and quaint interior with friendly staff and good coffee.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the coffee was fantastic. I ordered the vegan savory crepe and the vegan chocolate tart, both of which were absolutely delicious.
