Eating was decent quality, but colourless and would have done with better presentation. pudding was getting slow, not sure why it seems digesting biscuit dust accompanied dessert. coffee was very strong and bitter I couldn't finish it. when I gave feedback, I was not offered. the lunch was overpriced. on the positive side, this is excellent and the personal very pleasant. general manager especially took the time to welcome and engage in talks and search for feedback. I got the impression staff new and maybe not yet polished or absorbed the beech hill personal note by old.
