We were out shopping and we got hungry. Decided to give it a try and did not regret it. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is prepared fresh right in front of you and is delicious. It is, perhaps, a touch more expensive that I'd have thought, but then I haven't really been to a restaurant since before COVID, so I might be a bit out of touch in that respect. Just the same, I would definitely do it again. View all feedback.
What Chris doesn't like about Wok Box South London:
Unbelievable. We ordered online because called 6 times and no answer. Get there and they charge an extra 15% BECAUSE we ordered online. He tells me it’s because they dont own the Website. Total scam.The Manager tells me that we can always call order in and I explain we did.His response…..well we were busy.You have LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER. View all feedback.
Reeeeeally good food. Definitely a bit more expensive. Also, they have a 12 minute guarantee for lunch on site... But went over by about five minutes and acted like we were being mean when we asked about the coupons we should get because of the guarantee. They wound up only giving us one. Oh well. We'll probably be back, but not eating in!
Very friendly staff, super quick service, and the best wok box ive ever been to. Also regulars and its nice to say hi to them when we go : they remember our orders too
Very slow service for take out. Ordered inside and the two couples behind us, who were dining in, received their order within 10 minutes whereas we waited 35 minutes for two orders of crispy chicken with rice..
Don't come here! I ordered Singapore cashew noodle stir-fry and what I got was noodle soup with cold shrimp and NO cashews! For $17 this is not worth it at all. Do yourself a favour and go to locally owned Rice Box at the London market where you can get quality homemade noodles and sweet and sour pork for less than $10 and still have $7 left over for a couple beers at LCBO.
Location was super clean and staff were above and beyond. The gentleman Kuluinder even let us know about dietary conflict, keeping us happy and informed. Definitely would suggest this place and will come back!
