The food here is nicely presented, but the flavour and texture is just OK. Order your food, then it is delivered to your table. Usually, I take my drink tea/coffee with me when I order.

The service is better and the food is better than it used to be, but glass case selections need to be maintained throughout the day. The menu used to be innovative but now seems dated and hipster, Prices are higher than average and the restaurant needs a makeover but it is clean and comfortable.

Picture this. A coffee shop on a main road in the east end of London. 2 people use the drive through and occasionally go into this coffee shop only to find that this coffee shop..is in the twilight zone. In all seriousness I can't figure this place out at all. The first couple of times that things had gone wrong we had both assumed it was just the employee's honest mistake (wrong order, they fixed it, the end) but since we are not too picky about our service, we continued to go. BUT THEN, things changed Over the course of a year, we actually have started to study this place (we are now THAT interested on where things have gone wrong.) The orders are now wrong on a regular basis, we stopped going inside to avoid this problem but it trickled to the drive thru which in turn adds time to your visit. We timed the wait in line with 0 cars and it is 5 to 10 minutes, not all the time, just depends on who's voice you hear at the speaker. That gets me to the other problem, the employees are terrible. There are 2 good employees that we hope are at the window, because you know you're guranteed your 1 or 2 cups of coffee QUICK and with the right attitude. The only reason we keep going is that the coffee is good, the food is over priced but good, but I haven't ate there in a while. Either management has to change or management has to make the right cuts to the team for the better.

Coffee is average and so the rest of the menu . The only positive is that you can stay long and study with friends.

I dropped by around 3 in the afternoon. The shelves were almost bare. A few cookies , and 3 slices of cake . I did not order off the menu , I cannot assess whether that was lacking too.The washroom , poorly maintained. No soap in dispenser, tp
