This little restaurant packs a good punch with great staff, good food, and prompt service. With choices to suit everyone, I tried the Tripper breakfast which is a melange of scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrown and onion. Yum... It fills up fast, but worth a few minutes wait. View all feedback.

I love her clubhouse sandwich! the breakfast is always good! I have never had a bad meal yet friendly prompt service?.
My 2nd time dining here and it was just as excellent as the first. Warm friendly atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food. 10/10 will be going back!
I LOVE HAVING BREAKFAST HERE! From the menu, I usually get the Daily Special Number 1 This consists of two eggs any style, two sausages, three slices of bacon and a heaping helping of very tasty home fries. Oh, I almost forgot, two slices of toast too.Lately I have been coming here for breakfast about once or twice per week because it's that good! And that was just the food part of Westside Family Restaurant. Take for instance the staff, my God, it is rare to run into more friendlier food servers then the lovely ladies here! My hat off to you! Of course the interior deserves honorable mention too. Cozy, friendly and a very relaxed atmosphere.The entire restaurant is always clean and tidy. Covid 19 protocols are followed by the book. Additionally, expect to be served in a highly prompt and timely manner. My orders are served to me in under 10 minutes.The cost for what I received for the Daily Special Number 1 breakfast is $8.25! The cost of a Basic Breakfast believe it or not, $5.50! Great value, awesome food complimented by wonderful staff.Westside Family Restaurant is definitely a hidden gem in the Forest City.Bonnie Gibson
