Although there have been occasional mishaps with orders, such as missing ingredients, overall customers find this Wendy's to be a reliable choice for a satisfying meal on the go.
This Wendy's was ok during our visit, the drive through was moving quickly and food was ready right away. Not the biggest fan of their burgers but everything was pretty good.
Wendys failed to honour a coupon and denied service because I wanted to buy more meat and they wanted to charge full price
The food at this restaurant is consistently good. The staff is quick to greet you and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is great. The service times are reasonable and much faster than a 20-minute wait at McDonald's.

I recently ordered a plain hamburger for my son, who has autism, from this restaurant as a takeout order. When I received the bag, they assured me that it was indeed a plain hamburger. However, upon opening the bag at home, my son was heartbroken to find that the hamburger had cheese on it. When I returned to the restaurant to get a new burger, the best response I received from the staff was a nonchalant 'ya, sorry bout that'. To most, a messed up order may not be a big deal, but to a child with autism, it can be devastating. Therefore, I am giving this place a one-star rating. 'Sorry bout that'.
