Tim Hortons - London

I don't go to Tim Hortons very often, but I have to say that this location is very consistent with the franchise. The staff are friendly and hardworking, despite the busy atmosphere. They do a great job of keeping up with the fast-paced service, especially considering the small size of the location.

The restaurant has a limited selection of baked goods due to its small size. The staff were welcoming and provided quick service. The hashbrowns were exceptionally fresh. The employee at the bagel station who served my food was also very friendly.

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The workers seemed to ignore me and it took them 5 to 10 minutes to serve each customer. I definitely won't be returning here.

The drive-thru is very slow, as it operates indoors. The staff is friendly, but extremely slow. The drive-thru takes twice as long as any other position.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is extremely congested and slow. The staff appears to be friendly but inefficient. I had a frustrating experience when trying to order just a coffee and muffin at the window during a busy morning rush. The drive-thru was so slow that I ended up having to reverse out of the line along with several other cars. It's time for this restaurant to make some improvements, like smoothing out the curbs and adding another intercom.
