One of my go to pubs whenever I get off the train in London. I always know I'll see a familiar face behind the bar and end up running into old drinking buddies for a night of debauchery. Generally open late, decent British style fare and a legendary Tuesday night open mic makes this spot an institution on Dundas downtown London. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Scots Corner:
I have been in this pub for 30 years on and off this week two drinks and was charged 15% service fee without asking big management decision, adding service fee losing customers not the only pub in the city. View all feedback.
This location is horrendous, the bartender is completely incompetent. It used to be a decent place to visit, but do not bother spending your money here.
I support the idea of an automatic tip, but calculating 15% of $11.30 for the 10 items I ordered, including HST, should actually amount to $16.35, not the $15.63 that was shown to me on...
The service was prompt, and the server was excellent. The fish and chips dish I ordered was incredibly tasty. The restaurant is conveniently located near many bus routes.
Today for lunch for our 11th anniversary. Have seen a football match, have a few drinks. Food was great! Great atmosphere. Great service.
We went there for the beer that was very acceptable. The karaoke on a Saturday night was an additional bonus for those who like this!
