The service at this restaurant is top-notch, but unfortunately, the food itself is subpar. I have visited a few times and I do not think I will return. The tea lacks flavor, as they seem to just use multiple tea bags in one pot to try to make it more concentrated. The tea needs to steep for a few minutes to truly develop its flavor. The interior of the restaurant is incredibly cozy and clean. The ambiance is wonderful and the service is friendly. I really enjoyed my brown sugar latte and can't wait to try more flavors!
I will definitely return to this restaurant if the service and atmosphere are as good as they were during my last visit.

Best bubble shop in london! there are so many flavors and options, and they can choose from traditional flavors/toppings or more Western options (e.g. popping beads). every friend I brought there loved him.
The milk tea was alright, it didn't have very strong tea flavours like other bubble tea shops I've experienced previously. The pearls were well made and had a nice chew to them.The service was friendly and drinks were made pretty quickly.
