Has dinner with friends. The food was tasty and not too expensive. I loved the drink I ordered, the Pink Pearl. We were there on a Friday and there was live music. The band was good but so loud it was hard to have a conversation. View all feedback.

Live music from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. We caught the last song and they were alright. Mainly university crowd. Place cleared out after 7:00. So much so that there was only one person working the tables and tending bar. We made a reservation for 7:00 and finally got our food at 8:30ish. The waiter gave us free nachos and comped the second round of drinks. The food was tolerable. the pasta with shrimp creole was oily and not... View all feedback.
That seemed to have two owners in the restaurant. An owner in the kitchen makes fantastic food, the other hangs with friends from this and other restaurants, socializing and drinking shots. Service poor since the waiters busy socializing. Actually visited 2016. It is now closed and I am not least surprised.
Live music today on the terrace of the Whiskey House Street Party with a program of very good performers. The Sangria, Whisky Sauer and Nachos are great!
There was literally nothing about our experience in this place. If we had expected it when we got clear solo cups when we set ourselves. I love Bourbon and Whiskey and was thrilled for some unique drinks, but there was nothing interesting on both of these categories. So we ordered the champagne Sangria, who should have a big lady, champagne and fruit juice, but I think we just sown fruit. None of us enjoyed it. If there were at least champagne, it might have been a bubbly fruit stamp. We ordered our food and there were great waiting times between each person court. People had waited, then slowly ate their dishes before three of the six ducks came. The fish and chips were devastated, and the only positive is that the fish was fresh and not frozen. It was paired with soggy roast potatoes. After three people had finished their food, one waitress in the restaurant asked if all got their good. We said no, three pasta were missing. That was when she told us they were out of it. We asked for menus, and after 5 minutes she came back with them and said she ran quite everything and it is so annoying. We asked what they have, and she didn't say anything that it was so annoying and when she saw all our facial expressions, she said drunk chicken is good. It's baked chicken with some sauce. So we went back to the menu. We ordered again, and when they left, she cried our order back to us, but completely wrong, and then ran inside. One of us had to follow her to correct it. Again, food came slowly and was not good. Very bland. When she did not come back long (apparently because she had spilled beer over herself) we asked the manager to take the account. He said I don't know, I'll get her, she has to do it with you. We asked them to share the bill. On the iPad they used it seemed like they had a super simple program, but she had everything wrong. This process took more than two hours.... And we had to hunt them to pay in the end. I would recommend never going here.
Great people, good food. The staff was amazing. I wanted to see the conversation... We're ardent. Great show of them. You have a burger to die.

The food was tolerable. the pasta with shrimp creole was oily and not very well done. chicken and waffle would have been a home run except for the burned waffle (fried chicken was moist though! bangers and mash was nice. I'd go once more on another day before I decide once and for all.
