While the Dundas Street location is accommodating with extra sauce, complaints about portion sizes, missing items, and service quality linger. Despite inconsistencies, loyal patrons enjoy the ever-changing menu and unbeatable deals that keep them coming back. Whether you're nostalgic or seeking something new, Taco Bell may be worth a revisit. Look out for renovations and potential menu expansions to enhance your fast-food experience. Just be prepared for differences in quality and service based on individual visits.
Read a lot of negative reviews prior to going here and I thought I'd share a positive experience. We got exactly what we came for. Service was fast and friendly. Burritos were reasonably stuffed and tacos were crunchy. As far as fast food goes, it met expectations.
My husband I love Taco Bell. The Dorito taco is awesome, service was great and it is very clean. Highly recommend!!
I just received their Grand Re-Opening flyer and perused it for giggles. I 've sworn off Taco Bell since they decided to price themselves into bankruptcy. So I expected some actual deals in this flyer because it was franchise specific. Packages and prices are just horrible. There 's absolutely no incentive to bother with this newly renovated location. I used to _live_ at this very Taco Bell in the 90s back when it served beer! Nachos were salty as hell and just delicious. Now it 's an overpriced plastic restaurant with 7-11 food. I 've learned to make all the food I used to enjoy at Taco Bell at home 10x better and 100x cheaper. Have a look at the flyer they sent out and tell me that 's nothing more than a joke.
I will never come to this location ever again. Manager will argue with you about missed items in the bag thru the drive thru.Went in after my crunch wrap was missing. I then had the snarky manager going at the employee, and then they both swore up and down they didn 't miss it and she said well it 's two against one I had to physically grab the food and show them they missed it. No apology just yeah hang on a minute, basically threw the crunch warp at me and said here you go.They need a manager that actually has customer service experience. UnbelievableDisrespectful, horribly customer service. Guess they renovated the wrong part the restaurant.
Ordered a steak burrito supreme. Was about the size of a hard shell taco. It had no meat in. It had a lot of beans and some type of liquid, some sour cream, and a couple of pieces of the lettuce. That’s about it. absolute rip off. Paid over $9.00. Terrible personalities at drive thru.
