A very busy and robust establishment. I was here on May 24 2021at approximately 5:30 p.m. I had waited 10 minutes before being served by an extremely busy but highly effective sole employee. I'm here at the store at 9:10, literally 10 minutes after you are supposed to be open. Nobody's in the store and the doors are locked, very unprofessional and unacceptable!
Always understaffed and a long wait no point ordering
Mac is the best here! He is extremely friendly and makes delicious subs. The vegetarian option, the Veggie Patty, is awesome!
About 25 minutes ago, I approached the restaurant, which said it opens at 9 or 10. A worker answered the door, glanced at me, and told me they wouldn't be opening until 11. When I pointed to the sign, he said he wasn't responsible for it and then slammed the door in my face. I'm pretty sure they need to evaluate their staff, as my experience here is becoming quite disappointing.
My mother and I visited this restaurant for a quick and convenient lunch. Unfortunately, the place was severely understaffed, with only one person managing a long line at a fast food joint on a Saturday afternoon. The food was acceptable, but the long wait felt unnecessary. Better staffing by management would have made a big difference.
