the review date is wrong that I haven't been in Canada for a year or two years, but while I was student at the high school, I would get every week pizza from smileys practically. I visited friends on Fridays. after school, and sometimes we would order with the family. I ordered the delivery to me. it is now pm and still no sign of a pizza. I live only a few minutes away from them, it is not as if I were at the other end of the city! there is no excuse for such a terrible service if. they can not deliver within reasonable time, then please remove the delivery option. it would do them more of a fallen do not even deliver than have such a terrible service! They always make the pizza wrong then you have to wait for them to remake it. This has happened multiple times. They need better staff to answer the phones and take the proper orders. Then when calling to complain because they keep messing up, they just give you attitude. Poor service!
My first visit to this place, ordered Large Pizza with Cheese sticks. Quality is great taste. Will revisit again. It would be great if we can have some done in place. Takeout and delivery.
This is quickly becoming my favourite pizza. They have great deals, the food is always hot and fresh and it's so nice that it's right within the Northridge neighborhood
I ordered nachos but they came without beef. When I called to complain, I was told that there would be an extra charge for beef, which I thought was unfair.
2 hours late on delivery. Would not even give a discount or for free. No one can seem to find where there delivery driver goes. And I had to get my own food. Deffently do not recommend. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT
