Ring a Wing - London

I love chicken wings. I may have tried them at most places in London and Ring a Wing is my favorite and my wife loves them to. I have had at least half a dozen types and I love the Louisiana, Sweet chili,Tequila and Wiskey BBQ. The wings are big and they have selection of other kinds to please any wing fan. I know the service is bad. Every time I go and pick up my order the staff is apathetic to customers.

Usually I love Ring-A-Wing but this time the service and food is subpar.I ordered my food and about an hour and 15 minutes later it still had not arrived so I called the location. They explained the driver had already left and should be here in 5 minutes or less.I am 5 minutes away from their location and it took 15 minutes. They did not even apologize for having made me wait so long.So after an hour and a half of waiting I finally get my wings and they aren't even hot and kind of look like nuggets not even wings.I am so disappointed. I probably will never order from this location again and stick to ordering from home instead of from work!

Our family has been regular Ring A Wing customers for years. The wings are saucy and tasty, with unique flavours with old school choices as well. In past orders the restaurant has given the "too bad, so sad" attitude. Wrong sauce added or a half order of fries were shrugged off, and when I stated I was contacting the owner....the manager stated it was his brother in-law and it wouldn't help my case. Recently I called from out of town with an order and stated my arrival time. I got closer to the store location and reconfirmed my order and arrival time by phone, and that I would be slightly earlier and if my order could be ready. When I arrived to the location 30 minutes later the order hadn't even been started, I was informed it would be 7 minutes but took 20 minutes for the order to be ready. So it's actually the little things I guess, attitude, screwed up orders, partial orders, and orders not started until you arrive at the store. The manager tried to give me a free pop for the 50 minute order mix up, I consider this 30 cent bribe pathetic, most restaurants offer a percentage discount or free fries. I'm looking for a new wing place now, it's time I'm treated like a customer.

Our go to wing spot especially for take out. Really like their breading ... But just their wings. I've not tried anything else.
