I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It used to be amazing under previous ownership, but since new owners took over, the quality has declined. The pizzas now weigh half as much as they used to and lack flavor due to a lack of sauce. Additionally, the prices have increased without justification. When I asked the staff about the change in ownership, they confirmed it. After leaving a 2-star review, the owner called me not to address my concerns but merely to inquire about my identity, which I found creepy. I suspect they called to avoid serving me in the future rather than rectifying the issues. Overall, I will not be returning to this establishment. I recommend that if you take over a franchise, you should either maintain the same quality standards or rebrand with competitive pricing.
My friends and I ordered from Richmoor's Pizzeria for a girls' weekend and we couldn't stop talking about how fantastic the pizza was! It was perfectly cheesy, had a great crust, and plenty of tasty toppings. I have been recommending it to all my friends and family. Additionally, I must mention how friendly and hardworking the staff were. They were quick and efficient with their service. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be returning again and again.
The customer service at this restaurant was amazing and the toppings on the pizza were very generous. The taste was outstanding and the size of the pizza exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place as the best pizza in town!
When we first moved to London a couple years ago, Richmoors was amazing! Hot, generous toppings sauce (not too much), soft but well done crust… Fast forward to today, the past 4-5 times we’ve ordered the same BBQ chicken pizza (you can tell we gave it plenty of chances), there’s barely any sauce, you can barely taste the BBQ, the pizza isn’t as generous as it used to be and none of the extra toppings are ever added. I’ve sent a couple complaints about this but nothing has changed. It’s just a dry pizza that we want nothing to do with ?? Officially off our list.
Incredible home made pizza! Not like the chain places. Very tasty, priced well, quick and great service! Thank you.
