Pizza Pizza - London

I walk in there from time to time to grab lunch as I work close by and I’m always welcomed with a smile and great service! I highly recommend this pizza pizza!!

Placed an order on their website, and when I went to go pick it up they said that they never received the order. It was 2am (closing) by the time they got the manager so they couldn’t redo it. They told me to call customer service. When I called customer service they called this store, and the manager lied and said that I picked up the order. Apparently some older lady went in, gave my number, and took the pizza. I was there within minutes of placing the order, that’s a total lie, they wouldn’t even of had time to make it- plus they said they never got the order! Both the store nor the customer service line will not refund my money. This store is a huge scam. Wasting my time calling PayPal for them to hopefully get my money back from this fraud. I will never order from this location or franchise again.

I needed to order slices of pizza for my family. The order came to just about $40, the sales person wouldn't give me the slices Ina pizza box, instead I had to carry out 3x bags of multiple single slice cartons. It was ridiculous. It was after 7pm, these slices weren't fresh, they'd probably be tossed an hour later when the shop closed. I paid more than a large pizza. Please make this make sense.

I always get the best service and the food is always amazing. The staff is really friendly especially Sana, who always remember what I always order.

Drove into London late one night, needed food but didn't want late-night burger joint. Saw these guys were open but closing soon, figured I'd grab a slice. They made me a hot, fresh, custom pie because I was allergic to the slices they had left. Outstanding food and service ?
