Piping Kettle Soup Co. - London

Today I went with my family, I was asking for a soup and 2 chicken sandwiches, the girl she attended me had a poker face since I started placing my order, I was helping my mom to translate everything because she doesn’t speak English, the same as my father in law, she forgot to tell the kitchen that I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and the girl that was making the sandwiches was waiting for me to tell them what sandwich I wanted even I told them 3 times what I wanted. I told them that they asked me 3 times already and they stated to behave very rude saying that they were busy , and they went kind of frustrated because I was translating everything to my family,well… it’s not a way to treat a customer. I do not recommend this place for the poorly service customer service. Rude and awful attitude.

Piping kettle is my number 1 to go soup place or after a hangover, they have w reward program and its great. Its hard to dine in with a group of people unless you don't mind the markets noises.

The food was great! I love their soup and the sandwich was delicious. I got the soup and the sandwich combo that was a special and it was just the right amount of portion to fill me up. I’ll definitely come back again.

Did I offend you? Why would anyone put so much salt in an egg salad?! I ended up tossing it along with the soup. I'm feeling super salty about that meal. On the bright side, the smoothie was excellent!

The sandwiches are fresh, tasty, and budget-friendly. It's the perfect place for a quick, healthy lunch!
